More Camp Characters

Blogger is not being very helpful today with uploading pictures. At sometime I will load the people pictures that would go with the first character pictures that I published. These are the ones that I could get in for today.

This is Holly J. I think that she was the most productive camper this session. She really completed many projects.

OK, I have to admit that I am not sure about this one, but, I think that I am right. This is Sherwood W. This was her first time at Quilt Camp, but, I hope not her last. I am pretty sure that she had a great time.

This is Pitty Pat W., my sister, hard at work on one of her projects. You normally do see her with two pair of glasses, sometimes three. One on top of her head, one on her face and one hanging around her neck. At least she won't be without a pair. She is also a Clemson Tiger Fan (like me) and that is why she put "Go Tigers" on her background.

This is Deborah H. I think that she really got it right.

Hope that you have a good week!!

Fall Quilt Camp and Other Characters

One of our activities during Fall Quilt Camp was to create Self Portraits. Each attendee was given the 'Quilter's Yearbook' by amy bradley. They were also given fabric for the background and fabric for the face in addition to fusable. We told everyone they could take 2 hours or two days to complete their portrait. Everyone had fun with this project. Just about everyone learned something new from using fuseables to stitching on beads. As I progress through the coming week I will post all of the pictures of all of the portraits.

At the end of the week I will disclose the winner of the "Viewer's Choice" award. Then I will share some other pictures of the weekend. We had a great time!!!

Don't forget: ALL PHOTOS ARE PROPERTY OF JUST STITCHIN RETREATS and are not to be used without permission.
